  Hisgreatsuccessquiteturnedhishead;hestruttedbackandforthinfrontofthewomen,hischestthrownout,andhisgreatmouthperpetuallyexpandedinatriumphantgrin。

  Notwithstandinghisreconciliationwiththedentistontheboat,Marcus’sgorgerosewithinhimatMcTeague’sboastingswagger。WhenMcTeaguehadslappedhimontheback,Marcushadretiredtosomelittledistancewhileherecoveredhisbreath,andglaredatthedentistfiercelyashestrodeupanddown,gloryingintheadmiringglancesofthewomen。

  ThematchbetweenMcTeagueandMarcuspromisedtobeinteresting。Thedentist,ofcourse,hadanenormousadvantageinpointofstrength,butMarcuspridedhimselfonhiswrestling,andknewsomethingaboutstrangle-holdsandhalf-Nelsons。Themendrewbacktoallowthemafreespaceastheyfacedeachother,whileTrinaandtheotherwomenrosetotheirfeetintheirexcitement。
