  Mannsteingivesimpartialaccount,pleasantlyclearandcompact,tosuchasmaybecuriousaboutthisSwedish—RussianWar;and,inthedidacticpointofview,itisnotwithoutvalue。Toustheinterestingcircumstanceis,thatitdoesnotinterferewithourSilesianoperationsatall;andmaybefiguredasamereaccompanimentofrumblingdiscord,orvacantfar—offnoise,goingoninthoseNorthernparts,——towhichthereforewehopetobestrangersintimecoming。Herearesomedates,whichthereadermaytakewithhim,shouldtheychancetoillustrateanything:——
